Kaley’s Rescue Red

This wine is a blend of Columbia Valley wines: Merlot, Cab Franc, Tempranillo, and Malbac. Named for Quantum Leap Winery’s rescue dog, Kaley, and a portion of the proceeds is donated to the Central Florida SPCA.


Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this Cabernet come from Devon Valley, one of the major valleys of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Ripe blackberry, fig, and leather on the nose, and on the palate pleasant fruit notes of blackberry and cherry balanced with light tannins. Amazing Cabernet at this price point! Gorgo Pinot Grigio

This Pinot Grigio is fruity and smooth with pleasant citrus and pear flavors. (Alc. 12.5%)


A bright, well-balanced wine with bright green apple and floral aromas and a refreshing crisp green apple, fruit-forward finish.  (Alc. 12%)


Gorgo Custoza DOC

This is an elegant wine that has a wonderful balance between floral and pear aromas and a smooth, medium-bodied, fruit-forward palate. This DOC wine is made from four Northern Italian varietals -  old- vine Garganega, Trebbiano ,Trebbianello and Cortese.  This is an elegant wine that has a wonderful balance between floral and pear aromas and a smooth, medium-bodied, fruit forward palate.   (Alc. 12.5%)


Quantum Leap Riesling 

A wonderful example of a cool climate Riesling from Rogue Valley Oregon. Cold fermentation brings out rich aromatics of apricot and floral; on the palate the wine has refreshing crisp acidity with hints of nectarine.  This is a dry Riesling!  (Alc. 12.3%)

Solitude Chardonnay

This Sonoma wine is yellow straw in color.  It possesses appealing aromas of vanilla crème, ripe apple and toasty new oak.  The wine is nicely balanced and has a pleasing bouquet with an elegant and subtle long-flavored finish.  (Alc.  14.2%)

Il Cuore Chardonnay


Produced from grapes grown exclusively in the cool coastal region of Mendocino County, the viticultural “heart” of California. Fresh with apple and pear flavors, complemented by floral nuances in the bouquet. This vintage blend includes six percent Viognierto to enhance tropical fruit aromas and add flavor complexity on the palate.  Cold fermentation in small stainless steel vessels and small components of barrel fermentation in mostly neutral small oak cooperage. (Alc. 14.1%)


Blanco Nieva Verdejo


Strong bouquet of citrus, green apple, and passion fruit. Round and zesty mouth feel with citrus, grapefruit, and green herb flavors. Smooth and elegant on the palate with enough acidity to carry the flavors through the finish. Similar to Pinot Grigiobut with more body and more acidity. Sustainable farming practices were used for this wine. (Alc. 12.7%)



88 Points for this 2010 vintage (Wine Enthusiast) Red berry and plum aromas form the base of this wines’s fresh uncomplicated bouquet. It feels juicy and bright, with good layering and aggressive flavors of berry and plum. The finish is dry and snappy with mild oak and spice flavors.  (Alc. 14%)

El Bon Homme

A nicely balanced combination of fruit-forward aromas and flavors with light earth and mineral notes adding complexity. Blackberry, stewed plum, peat, menthol and dried rock characters galore framed by strong, rough tannins. Good weight and length add a welcomed counterpoint of refinement to the in-your-face, ultra-ripe fruit. Mouth-watering acidity keeps the dry palate fresh and helps make the wine very food-friendly.  (Alc. 14%)

REAL de Aragon Garnacha

Vivid purple color.  Red and dark berry, peppery, and fresh rose aromas.  Black raspberry and cherry flavors.  Soft finish with a touch of sweet raspberry and floral notes. Three months in three year old American oak barrels, minimum four months in bottle.  (Alc. 14.25%)

90 Points (Wine & Spirits) and 90 Points (Wine Advocate)  The scent of this wine may be timid, but it opens dramatically in the mouth, deploying flavors from chocolate to candied nuts. Tremendous in its structure, this brings to mind an Indian elephant with its profusion of decorations– here incarnated as a range of spice notes from cinnamon to mint – and ultimately delivers a pleasant freshness.  (Alc. 14%)

Menguante Garnacha

Menguante means ‘waning moon’ because in biodynamic viticulture, the casks are racked at night only when the moon is waning to avoid sediment from the bottom of the cask. Opaque ruby color. Cherry and floral aromas with some white pepper and minerality. Berry skin, cherry, flavors with a touch of licorice. Firm and round. Soft finish. Biodynamic farming (without certification). Bright violet color. Cherry and floral aromas with some white pepper and minerality. Berry skin, cherry, and black currant flavors. Firm and round with a soft finish. (Alc. 13.5%)

Abad Dom Bueno Mencia

Bierzo is located in northwest Spain, near the northeast corner of Portugal.  The local legend is that Mencia, the indigenous varietal from Bierzo, was Cabernet Franc about 700 years ago.  Grapes are hand selected from the estate vineyard.  Aged in French and American oak barrels for 5 months.  The wine is rich and lush with blackberry jam and vanilla aromas, refined blackberry flavor and a long silky smooth finish.  (Alc. 13.5%)

Arca Nova Vinho Verde

A crisp, dry, slightly effervescent, light-bodied white wine with a pale yellow color and youthful, floral, citrus aromas that are reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Moderately intense on the palate with lemon, green apple, and peach flavors and a medium finish. An easy drinking wine. Sustainable farming practices were used for this wine.  (Alc. 10.5%)

Tawse Chardonnay

The expressive nose shows ripe apple and pungent citrus, as well as the local, characteristic mineral notes. On the palate this wine shows ripe apple and lemon zest, with perfectly balancing acidity. There is a rich and slightly creamy texture in the mouth, and just enough complementing barrel notes of toasty French oak. This wonderfully complex palate translates into a lengthy, enjoyable finish. Tawse Cabernet Franc Grower's Blend

Tawse's Grower's Blend was created to showcase the Niagara Peninsula sites where Cabernet Franc expresses its full potential. This robust yet lively wine is aged in French oak for 14 months. It displays bright acidity, smooth tannins and notes of dark berries, dried herbs and cedar. Its deep color, intense nose and great structure make it everything a Franc lover could hope for. Tawse Cabernet Franc Laundry Vineyard

Tawse Winery has been sourcing fruit from the sustainably-farmed Laundry vineyard since 2001. Home to some of the oldest Cabernet Franc vines in Niagara, this vineyard benefits from the tempering effect of Lake Ontario and produces aromatic and complex wines. Aged 18 months in French oak, this expressive yet structured Cabernet Franc has a layered nose of raspberry, blackberry, mint and cedar. On the palate, it delivers notes of black cherry, ripe plum and a hint of white pepper supported by generous but firm tannins and a lingering finish. (Alc. 13%)
