    The winemaker’s reserve is a blend of Torii Mor’s most esteemed vineyard sites throughout the Willamette Valley, blended to perfection by Winemaker Jacques Tardy and then aged for 17 months in 22% new French oak. This complex wine is full of concentrated fruit flavors of cherry and berry with a touch of oak and earthiness. An intense mid-palate reveals more of these flavors complimented by rich tannins and complexity.

  • Torii Mor Dundee Hills Select Pinot Noir

    Three of the top vineyard sites in the Dundee Hills are blended together to create this luscious wine. Winemaker, Jacques Tardy aged this wine for 18 months in 26% new French oak and bottled un-fined and un-filtered. The iron-rich volcanic soils from these vineyards is evident in the intense flavors of dark cherry and blackberry with slight hints of rose petal and lilac. A lengthy finish of dark chocolate and complex notes of spice and earth round out this special wine. Drink now, but this wine will definitely benefit from 5 – 7 years of cellaring.

    The Olson Estate Vineyard, planted in 1972, brings wines of complexity and elegance with every vintage. Fermented in large wood tanks and then aged for 10 months in 33% new French oak, racked into neutral barrels and then bottled un-fined and un-filtered. This beauty has a vibrant aroma of floral notes, berries and a sweet vanilla and tobacco note. The forward fruit on the palate carries through the velvety texture and extends into the long, juicy finish. Beautiful now, but cellaring another 5 years will show more complexity.

A sweet and spicy flavor with fresh acidity that enhances the rich and complex fruity center of sweet darker berries and cherries, the mid palate carries on that velvet-fruity goodness to a long, enjoyable aftertaste. The mouthfeel is rich and elegant. The finish is very long, sweet, with the complexity of fruit, juicy tannins and a hint of spices.
