Brilliant yellow straw with a vivid bubbles development.  Robust in the mouth with strong reminiscent aromas of banana and ripened apple. (Alc. 11%)

Perlato means “pearly,” and this fresh Spumante is exactly that. With fruity scents resulting from its Northern Italian grape varieties (Tocai, Malvasia and Cortese), this is a clean and zesty Brut. Aged 4 months in stainless steel, followed by the Charmat process to maximize its bouquet and flavors. (Alc. 12%)

A wonderful example of a cool climate Riesling from Rogue Valley Oregon. Cold fermentation brings out rich aromatics of apricot and floral; on the palate the wine has refreshing crisp acidity with hints of nectarine.  This is a dry Riesling!  (Alc. 12.3%)

The grapes for this Chard were sourced from the Willamette Valley and display showy peach, pear, almond brittle, and a refreshing citrus nuance on the nose. It’s juicy and ripe on the palate with apple and citrus leading the way with touches of soft oak spice, smoke and minerals chiming in. A contemplative wine with a finish that lingers for minutes. (Alc. 13.0%)

This Sonoma wine is yellow straw in color.  It possesses appealing aromas of vanilla crème, ripe apple and toasty new oak.  The wine is nicely balanced and has a pleasing bouquet with an elegant and subtle long-flavored finish.  (Alc.  14.2%)


Produced from grapes grown exclusively in the cool coastal region of Mendocino County, the viticultural “heart” of California. Fresh with apple and pear flavors, complemented by floral nuances in the bouquet. This vintage blend includes six percent Viognierto to enhance tropical fruit aromas and add flavor complexity on the palate.  Cold fermentation in small stainless steel vessels and small components of barrel fermentation in mostly neutral small oak cooperage. Strong bouquet of citrus, green apple, and passion fruit. Round and zesty mouth feel with citrus, grapefruit, and green herb flavors. Smooth and elegant on the palate with enough acidity to carry the flavors through the finish. Similar to Pinot Grigiobut with more body and more acidity. A crisp, dry, slightly effervescent, light-bodied white wine with a pale yellow color and youthful, floral, citrus aromas that are reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Moderately intense on the palate with lemon, green apple, and peach flavors and a medium finish. An easy drinking wine. Sustainable farming practices were used for this wine.  (Alc. 10.5%)

The expressive nose shows ripe apple and pungent citrus, as well as the local, characteristic mineral notes. On the palate this wine shows ripe apple and lemon zest, with perfectly balancing acidity. There is a rich and slightly creamy texture in the mouth, and just enough complementing barrel notes of toasty French oak. This wonderfully complex palate translates into a lengthy, enjoyable finish. Selected from multiple vineyards, each parcel was harvested separately, based on the flavors that had developed and the natural acidity in the grapes. Each lot of grapes were gently pressed with no skin contact, and cold settled for five days on average, resulting in clear juice with very few solids. The juice was then fermented at cold temperatures in stainless steel tanks using multiple yeast strains for an average of twenty-five days. Integrated aromas of candied lime, orange marmalade, white peach, and pink grapefruit; complimented by floral and spice notes.

Vineyard sites from different VQA sub- appellations were selected and harvested at different stages to help bring different flavor profiles to the final wine. The grapes were cold-soaked on the skins for a short period before pressing and cold settling. Clarified juice was fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel for an average of four weeks, and kept on light lees post-fermentation to help build richness and improve balance in the final wine. Light gold in color with brilliant clarity. Inviting aromas of fresh pear, cantaloupe, honey, marzipan, and tangerine.

Selected from grapes in our estate vineyard, gently pressed and cold settled in stainless steel for a short period before being transferred into a mixture of older and new barrels. Barrel-fermented at warm temperatures using both commercial and “wild” yeast. Approximately half of the barrels were allowed to go through malolactic fermentation. Light gold in color with integrated aromas of green apple, stone fruit, and warm spices. Citrus flavors shine on the palate, with a rich texture and good acidity. (Alc. 12.5%)
